- If you have United or Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance, I’m an “In-Network Provider.” You can contact Cen-Tex Medical Claims at (512) 267-2614 and provide them with your insurance information. They will very promptly determine and notify us of your “Verification of Benefits.” If I am not a provider for your insurance, I considered an “Out-0f-Network Provider. This means you pay out-of-pocket and I supply you with a “Super Bill” to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. My fee per session is $125.
- I do make provisions for a few “Sliding Scale” clients. Please text, call, or email me to inquire about availability.
- I’ll send you a link to my Online Client Portal and you’ll set up an account and complete a few forms.
- Then we’ll talk to schedule an appointment that works with our schedules.
