- I’m an In-Network Provider for Humana, United, and Cigna
- If you’re in network with one of these providers, you can get your Verification of Benefits through my billing claim service, Cen-Tex Medical Claims. You can contact them at (512) 267-2614.
- If you have different insurance coverage or don’t have insurance, I’m an “Out-of-Network Provider.” My session fee is $150/50-minute session and I have a limited number of Sliding Scale spots. Please contact me to discuss this.
- If I’m an Out-of-Network Provider, I can send you with a “Superbill” to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement and can assist with that process. If you are interested in pursuing reimbursement, be sure to check with your provider in advance to learn what your plan allows.
